Upon your request, provided it does not impede necessary tax compliance or after-sales technical support, we will cooperate to erase and delete your information from our systems.
2. Terms of Service, Licensing & Refund Policy
- Licensing Scope: Upon payment, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal-use license for the data product. Reselling, publicly redistributing, or sublicensing the data to any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Immediacy of Fulfillment: This product constitutes an online digital data service. Its physical medium consists of instantaneous whitelisted access credentials. Once payment clearance is confirmed and the access link is dispatched to your email, the contract is deemed fully performed in its physical capacity.
- Irrevocable No-Refund Policy: Based on the specific physical attributes of digital goods, all sales are strict, final, and non-refundable. Once access credentials have been issued, we will not accept requests for refunds, returns, or order cancellations under any circumstances.
