We are an independent cross-border supply chain risk assessment team, rooted in the core manufacturing area of the Yangtze River Delta in China - the Anhui Industrial Belt. Our core members are practicing lawyers from the Chinese mainland, with extensive legal practice experience, proficient in pre-litigation property preservation (asset freezing), the debt enforcement procedures under the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China", and the practical operation mechanisms and case handling logic under the new "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" regarding the acceleration of capital contribution expiration. The reason we developed this list is that in the current global trade landscape, any size of overseas buyer is facing a serious information black box problem. The traditional cross-border audit registration system has significant data lag (usually only updating snapshots once a year or quarterly), and is completely unable to accurately identify the transaction risks arising from Chinese civil litigation cases. Therefore, we decided to convert our localized legal practice experience into digital risk control assets. Our daily physical workflow includes using various public professional tools and software to obtain data and then conducting analysis to verify the asset status and operational capabilities of each supplier, thereby screening out high-quality suppliers.
In any case, please note that we do not represent any Chinese factories; we are always a strictly neutral observer.
